OFFICIAL CUSTOMER BILLING DISCLOSURE ยท 19 OCTOBER 2026

Free trial, payments and renewals

Clear information about when Sage RX charges your business and what happens when your trial or paid term ends.

No surprise trial charges

Your 7-day Sage RX trial needs no payment details. You will not be charged automatically when it ends.

1. Seven-day free trial

You can create a Sage RX account and begin a seven-day business-workspace trial without submitting card or M-PESA payment details. Trial access does not result in an automatic debit or automatic conversion into a paid subscription.

2. Choosing a paid plan

Paid access begins only after you approve a checkout and Paystack verifies payment. Every M-PESA renewal needs your separate approval; automatic card renewal is not enabled. Before payment, Sage RX displays your chosen plan, billing term and price in Kenyan shillings. Paystack processes checkout; Sage RX does not ask for your M-PESA PIN or store full card information.

3. Renewals

A renewal is never triggered just because a trial or paid term has ended. To continue paid access, you must initiate and authorize a new payment. Automatic M-PESA renewals and automatic card renewals are not available in the current Sage RX version.

4. Expiry and cancellation

You can stop a paid subscription at the end of its current paid period. Paid access lasts through that period unless a separate, lawful intervention applies. An expired trial or subscription may limit changes and premium access; you can request help recovering or exporting your records according to Sage RX's applicable data policies.

5. Receipts, refunds and disputes

Receipts are issued for payments successfully verified with Paystack. Refunds, disputed transactions and billing errors require review under the applicable Terms of Service and consumer law. Contact hello@sage-rx.com with your account email and the short billing reference shown in Sage RX. Do not email payment PINs, passwords or full card numbers.

6. Priority when documents differ

This published billing disclosure confirms Sage RX's approved October 2026 charging policy. Earlier descriptions requiring a payment method for the free trial, automatic trial-to-paid conversion or automatic renewals do not describe the current service and are superseded on those specific points. Other applicable, approved terms remain in effect.

Sage RX never initiates a trial charge without customer authorization.
